"CARLSBAD CAVERNS" Near Perfect Bronze Color BURRO PACK ANIMAL Souvenir:
2.5" tall spelter animal in beautiful condition with CARLSBAD CAVERNS !
I collected these "miniature monuments" for many years before my 2000 retirement and it's time to pass them on! It will be shipped wrapped in bubble-wrap and carefully packaged in a cardboard box.
The term SPELTER is used to identify a metal alloy of copper or brass and zinc. It has been used for many art nouveau, art deco and household goods since about the mid-nineteenth century and has been commonly used  for souvenirs of the type described as "miniature monuments". It varies greatly in quality and this item is of high quality.
