Vintage Valuable Paper or Document File Portfolio.  From Hancock Market Company in Hancock, MN.  F.E. Taplin, Manager.  At least 60-70 years old judging from the phone number.   Imitation Leather cover.  One envelope is torn.  See photos for condition.  10.5" X 5.25"

PAYMENT:
Make payment via Ebay as per their payment policies.
Because of Ebay’s new payment system, packages will be sent after payment has cleared Ebay’s system.
UNPAID ITEM:
As per ebay policy on auction items, buyer has 2 days to remit payment.
An unpaid case will be opened on 3
rd
day if buyer has not contacted me.
SHIPPING:
I do endeavor to package items securely, and within 1 - 3 business days of receiving payment.
All purchases will be shipped Priority Mail, which includes insurance and package tracking.  Be sure your MAILING address is included in your shipping address.
You should receive your package within 3 days of shipping.  (Note: It may take longer because of the pandemic)
I do not ship outside the Continental USA.
I do not accept returns.
If an item arrives damaged,
please take pictures of the box (including any damage to it), and the item with all packing materials that were enclosed.
Also take clear pictures of the damaged area of the item
.
Notify me with all pictures requested so the claim with USPS can be started.
Refund will be given as soon as ALL pictures listed are received.
