Vintage Sterling Mexico Sweeter Clips Aztec Feathered Headdress Sweater Guards

Description

Circa 1940 sterling silver Mexico sweater clips. These unusual sweater guards feature a Aztec priest or warrior wearing a beaked eagle style feather headdress with inlaid mother of pearl and  what looks like brown enameling. The clips are connected together by an approx 5 1/2" long chain. The clips themselves are not silver. Some minor losses to the mother of pearl inlay.
