Vintage New Mexico "Land of Enchantment" Booklet 1940's

This is a vintage, preowned, 9 by 8 inch, S/C, 30 page,
late 1940's booklet titled New Mexico "
Land
of Enchantment"
has both color and black/white photos with narration.  In
very good condition with cover scuffs and some wear on edges/corners (see pictures).  Back cover has a tears on bottom edges (see pictures).  Interior pages are very strong.
This would be a welcome addition to any collection.
