Vintage Antique Victorian Black Glass Hand Painted Blue Bird Nest Brooch Pin

For auction is a beautiful hand painted bird with nest brooch. I believe the material is black glass with a brass frame and c clasp closure. The brooch measures 1.5” by 1.25” wide.
There are scratches on the black glass as well as some chips on the edges (mostly the back). The brass frame is dented and
mis
-shaped (one edge is dented oddly so it doesn’t hold it properly). The brass frame also has discoloration and wear.
