    Vintage 1940 fold-out Bellingrath Gardens brohure, printed more than 80 years ago.
    It opens to 18" x 24" and has more than one dozen color photographs and an attractive road map directing motorists to this "Charm Spot of the Deep South," on the Isle-Aux-Oies River, near Mobile, Alabama.
    It folds to 9" x 4" and was mailed to an addressee in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. It is franked with the 1½-cent Martha Washington stamp.

    It is in very good, lightly used condition, bright and clean, with

    Thjs brochure is undated and was published circa 1940. The admission price was one dollar, and the home of Mr. and Mrs. Walter D. Bellingrath, built in 1936, is described as "comparitively new."
