    Description

    These horseshoe brooches are, typically, English and made of sterling silver.  This one is not hallmarked,  but is most probably silver.  There  is a St. George slaying the dragon coin mounted in the center of the horseshoe.  Double good luck charm.  Very interesting piece of Victorian jewelry.  It measures 2 inches by 1 1/4 inches.
