    Description

    Stunning antique, Victorian, brooch of a woman's head.  The edges of the pin are painted with a delicate gold feathering which is also used to accent the woman's headband, neck and bodice.  Painted on a porcelain disc which is attached to a brass base/pin with brackets (see pics).
