Offered for auction is this RPPC for Tommie Douglas making a lasso or loop with a rope.  It does not have a location but other Tommie Douglas cards seem to be from New Mexico.  It is postmarked Casper, Wyoming and 1920.  Sent and some writing in pencil.  Left lower corner bend and some other corner and edge wear.  Front is fairly clean other than that some of the postmark shows on the upper left side.
