    This listing is for #R269
    "SUNSET SUNFLOWERS",
    a NEW Folk Art Handmade Counry Patchwork Rag Quilt Table Runner. This Runner is 14" x 49". This Mat has 28 small patches around the outside and the large center patch is a Sunflower Block Print.
    The Mat features Patchwork Quilting. The Mat has 3 layers: a Cotton Top/Flannel Center/Cotton Backing which are quilted together and the edges clipped to create a "Ragged" look. The Patchwork Top is made of 29 patches that are machine sewn together, then attached to the Center/Backing and are quilted together with an X through each patch and center blocks. TEAPOT SET NOT INCLUDED.

    This Mat has been washed once to start the ragging process. The clipped edges will continue to get fluffier each time you wash it. Different types of Fabrics are used in making the Mats. These Fabrics have a different rate of shrinkage when washed which creates the wonderful puckers and crinkles, just like the vintage Quilts these are patterned after.
    Please look at pictures carefully. They are considered part of the description.
    We have a non-smoking, Dog Friendly Home, but the Dogs don't help me sew very often!
