This is a STUNNING brooch!
Antique and rare, carved Mother of Pearl brooch with gold filled lettering, which spells out "Stella" and has two hearts that are suspended by a gold filled wire.
It has a "c" clasp, so it dates back many, many years. Please see the last two photos of the close up of clasp.
