This is a rare single page advertising handbill (flyer) promoting ticket sales for the two-week, National Tour engagement of the STEPHEN SONDHEIM and HUGH WHEELER musical comedy "A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC" at the Shubert Theatre in Boston, Massachusetts beginning February 4th, 1975. (The production opened February 25th, 1973 at the Sam S. Shubert Theatre in New York City and ran for 601 performances while simultaneously playing on the road. This tour opened February 26th, 1974 in Philadelphia and closed February 15th, 1975 in Boston.) ..... The

This single page, two-sided handbill measures 6" X 9" inches and includes production credits, ticket prices, performance dates and wonderful graphics on the front and excerpts from several New York reviews, photos of MARGARET HAMILTON, JEAN SIMMONS, STEPHEN SONDHEIM, HUGH WHEELER and HAROLD PRINCE and a ticket order form on the backside ..... CONDITION: With the exception of minor edge wear, this handbill is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
