Sailor Galaxy #9/20 Signed Limited Edition Fountain Pen MINT W/ Box FABULOUS

This is a beautiful  Sailor hand made pen. It measures 5 ½ inches long capped. I believe it was made in the 1980’s or 90’s. I believe it is a ‘Galaxy’ series pen, but I have not been able to find this exact model in my research. The pen has a black cap & barrel, each covered with numerous gold and reddish gold spots. These do not appear to be abalone, so I am pretty sure this is not a Raden Galaxy pen. The trim is silver in color. This pen has never been filled, and never inked. It has a broad nib. Mint condition, with original wood box, paper, ink converter, and cartridges. 21K gold nib. The pen is signed with Japanese characters.
