This is a rare advertising handbill (flyer) promoting ticket sales for the National Tour engagement of the RICHARD RODGERS and SAMUEL TAYLOR musical "NO STRINGS" at the Shubert Theatre in Boston, Massachusetts beginning August 5th, 1963. (The production opened March 15th, 1962 at New York's 54th Street Theatre, moved to the Broadhurst Theatre on October 1st, 1962 and ran for 580 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) ..... This single page, two-sided handbill measures 6" X 9" inches and includes wonderful graphics, production credits and ticket prices on the front and excerpts from several New York reviews and a ticket order form on the backside ..... CONDITION: With the exception of minor edge wear, this rare handbill is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
