    Item Description
    An antique cast iron buggy whip holder. Would have been used in a country store to display whips for sale.  In overall good condition with minor wear and a few areas of light surface oxidation. This is in a more rare 'X' shape.. Has lost its original finish, some of the original finish shows where the members cross. Is bolted together with a single eye bolt and will be shipped disassembled.  The eye bolt may not be original.  Measures about 18 inches
    across each arm.  No apparent makers mark.
