Rare Antique French Art Nouveau Mourning Brooch Hair Art Cattails c1890. There are 2 beveled glasses (on in the front and one in the back). The back can be open like a locket. The setting is beautiful and looks like bronze. The pin stem is a little rusty but overall in good condition for its age.
