A power adaptor (included) to charge 30 pin ipod touch (not iphone 3 or 4) or compatible bluetooth music receiver ( bluetooth music receiver is not Included).   The iPod touch may not show charging but it is indeed charging the ipod touch.
If your Bose Sounddock 1, portable, wave dock( purchased before or around 2008) cannot charge iphone 3/4/ipad,  this power adaptor will allow the charge function work. It can charge the iphone 3/4 and also charge the bluetooth receiver sold by me (but not necessary for bluetooth receiver from others).
