Pair of tiny antique cape sweater or lapel stick pins with chain between clover

I recently got a huge lot of (mostly costume) jewelry at a real-life auction, so I'll be listing new pieces regularly for weeks! I believe most of them came from an antique store that closed (so many of them have the price tags from that store still attached). Please check out my other auctions. This is a really pretty, delicate set of pins. I'm not sure what they are for. They look very much like a set of cape pins that I sold recently, but they are way smaller and more delicate, with thinner, shorter posts. One is a simple ball, and the other is a flower or clover shape with a tiny seed pearl in it. I don't believe they are real gold, but might be plated. They look quite old... I think they're from around the turn of the century or so. Please see photos for more information.
