    This is a rare August 22nd, 1937 "Stagebill" playbill from the National Tour engagement of the JOHN MONKS, Jr. and FRED F. FINKLEHOFFE comedy "BROTHER RAT" at the Selwyn Theatre in Chicago, Illinois. (The production opened December 16th, 1936 at the Biltmore Theatre in New York City and ran for 577 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) .....
