New Mexico State Thimble
This is a porcelain souvenir thimble collectible perfect for a US state collection.
The front has a totem? A Navajo in ceremony dress perhaps?
Around the thimble, there are also pictures of Chile peppers, a rock formation, a yucca plant (state flower), a Greater Roadrunner (state bird), and the state flag.
This thimble has been displayed for many years. As such, there is shelf and handling wear. There is a tiny chip on the wing of the guy in front (see photo). There are various marks, and the bottom has rubs. There is also a weird manufacturing thing where the gold band at the bottom has a little extra on the front and left side. Flaws can be seen in photos. Please look carefully at enlarged photographs as they show the condition details. I try to take photos in different lighting from different angles to get everything.
This New Mexico thimble is about 1 1/4" tall and about an inch in diameter.
