NAGASAKI JAPAN ANTIQUE. 84 SILVER SOUVENIR SPOON WITH SNAKE HANDLE

Description

This sovereign spoon, marked 84 silver mark, is of Nagasaki, Japan. Adorn with a snake, or serpent that has another animal or animals about it's head and body, the tail forming the shaft of the spoon. The bowl of the spoon is etched with a poppy flower. The back side of the bowl shows a shield with Japanese Characters, Nagasaki and 84 along with two other hallmarks. 84 is also stamped on the back of the handle at the top of the snake.......vintage from the 1930s , material stainless, metal silver plate 5: 1/8'' long.....
