    This is a rare broadside (single page playbill) from the Post-Broadway engagement of the ALAN JAY LERNER and FREDERICK LOEWE musical "PAINT YOUR WAGON" at the Shubert Theatre in Boston, Massachusetts. (The production opened November 12th, 1951 at the Sam S. Shubert Theatre in New York City and ran for 289 performances before going on the road.) ..... The musical starred BURL IVES and featured NOLA FAIRBANKS, EDWARD CHAPEL, GORDON DILWORTH, ANDREW DUGGAN, JOSH WHEELER, ILONA MURAI, PETER DEIGN, ELIZABETH LOGUE, JARED REED, JANET NEWLOVE, GRACE OLSEN, WINIFRED AINSLEE, JOHN SCHICKLING and NORBERT WINKLER ..... CONDITION: With the exception of light edge wear, this broadside is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian.
