    This is a rare autographed souvenir program from the
    Original Broadway production of the groundbreaking ALAIN BOUBLIL and CLAUDE-MICHEL SCHONBERG musical "LES MISERABLES" at the Imperial Theatre in New York City. (The production opened March 12th, 1987 at the Broadway Theatre, moved to the Imperial Theatre on October 17th, 1990 and ran for 6680 performances, becoming one of the five longest running Broadway musicals of all time.) ..... Based on the VICTOR HUGO classic, the cast included eight year-old LEA MICHELE (star of TV's "Glee") in her Broadway debut. She played "Young Cosette" on Monday evenings and Wednesday matinees and "Young Eponine" on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday matinees. Also in the cast were CRAIG SCHULMAN as "Jean Valjean", DAVID MASENHEIMER as "Javert", MELBA MOORE as "Fantine", JESSICA-SNOW WILSON as "Eponine", RON BOHMER as "Enjolras", DREW ESHELMAN as "Thenardier", GINA FERRALL as "Madame Thenardier" and TAMRA HAYDEN as "Cosette" ..... PLEASE NOTE: The scanned pages have been cropped due to the limitations of my scanner. The margins are slightly wider than shown ..... CONDITION: With the exception of light creasing, this rare program is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
