This is a rare autographed programme (playbill) from the week of August 26th, 1940 for the NOEL COWARD entertainment "PLAYS and MUSIC" at the Royal Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh, Scotland. (The production was a hodgepodge of scenes and musical numbers mostly from Coward's "TONIGHT AT 8:30". The show toured the United Kingdom in the summer of 1940, appearing at a number of military bases.) ..... The show starred BEATRICE LILLIE, JOHN GIELGUD (both signed the title page) and IVY ST. HELIER and featured JOYCE CAREY, GEORGE HOWE, MOYA NUGENT, ALEXANDER ARCHDALE, NOEL WILLMAN, CECIL WINTER, HUGH FRENCH, DAISY FLANNAGEN and HAL BURTON .....
