This is a beautiful programme (playbill) from the West End revival of the ARISTOPHANES play "LYSISTRATA" at the Duke of York's Theatre in London. (The first production of "Lysistrata" took place at the Lenaeum Theatre in Athens, Greece in January, 411 B.C. This revival opened December 27th, 1957 at London's Royal Court Theatre and transferred to the Duke of York's Theatre on February 18th, 1958.) .....
