(The Original Broadway production opened October 21st, 1969 at the Booth Theatre in New York City and ran for 1128 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) ..... The play starred JOAN BENNETT and JAY NORTH (who spent six seasons as TV's "Dennis the Menace") and featured MARYANN KOHLER and PHIL LAURENSON .....
