This is a rare glossy 8" X 10" inch press photograph of HELEN GALLAGHER posing on top of a ladder in front of the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre where the marquee was being installed for theOriginal Broadway production of the CHARLES STROUSE and LEE ADAMS musical "A BROADWAY MUSICAL" in New York City. (The production would open without Helen Gallagher on December 21st, 1978 and close the same night after only one performance.) ..... The cast of the "Musical about a Broadway Musical" included

GWYDA DONHOWE, WARREN BERLINGER, IRVING ALLEN LEE, ALAN WEEKS, LARRY MARSHALL, LARRY RILEY, TIGER HAYNES and ANNE FRANCINE ..... Side Note: Actress GWYDA DONHOWE, wife of NORMAN KEAN, one of the show's two producers was stabbed to death in January 1988 by her husband in their Manhattan apartment.
