This is a rare November 13th, 1961 program (playbill) from the three-week, National Tour engagement of the MICHAEL STEWART, CHARLES STROUSE and LEE ADAMS musical comedy "BYE BYE BIRDIE" at the O'Keefe Centre for the Performing Arts in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. (The production opened April 14th, 1960 at the Martin Beck Theatre in New York City and ran for 607 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) .....
