    This is a beautiful January 5th, 1942 playbill from the Original Broadway production of the MOSS HART, KURT WEILL and IRA GERSHWIN musical "LADY IN THE DARK" which played the Alvin Theatre in New York City. (The production opened January 23rd, 1941 and ran for 162 performances before going on a summer hiatus and brief tour. The show returned to the Alvin Theatre September 2nd, 1941 for an additional 305 performances.) .....
