    This is a rare glossy 8" X 10" inch press photograph of ETHEL MERMAN chatting with GYPSY ROSE LEE during rehearsals for the
    JULE STYNE and STEPHEN SONDHEIM musical comedy "GYPSY" which would play the Broadway Theatre in New York City. (Following tryouts in Philadelphia, the production would open May 21st, 1959 at the Broadway Theatre, move to the Imperial Theatre on August 15th, 1960, and run for a combined 702 performances.) .....
