estate find, six pins - Lion ? Onyx ? Gold Leaf

I'm not an expert on these items, just something I found in some estate jewelery
big cat with faux-diamond? in mouth/eyes (about 2" wide, 1.5" tall)
green stones (1.5" wide, 1.5" tall) marked MIRACLE on back
black & white stones/beads? (about 2 1/8th" tall)
