This is a rare March 2nd, 1924 program (playbill) from the Pre-Broadway engagement of the DUNCAN SISTERS and CATHERINE CHISHOLM CUSHING musical comedy "TOPSY and EVA" at the Selwyn Theatrein Chicago, Illinois
. (The Original Broadway production would open December 23rd, 1924
at the Sam H. Harris Theatre
in New York City
and run for 159 performances.) ..... The musical starred ROSETTA DUNCAN as "Topsy" and VIVIAN DUNCAN as "Eva St. Clare"
