This is a rare July 28th, 1942 programme (playbill) from the three-week, Pre-West End engagement of the COLE PORTER musical comedy "LET'S FACE IT!" at the Grand Theatre in Blackpool, England. (The Original Broadway production opened October 29th, 1941 at the Imperial Theatre in New York City and ran for 547 performances. The West End production would open November 19th, 1942 at the Hippodrome in London and run for 348 performances.) ..... The musical starred BOBBY HOWES and featured PAT KIRKWOOD, AUDREY WAYNE, PEGGY HUGHES, CYNTHIA STEVENS, JOAN PREECE, PHYLLIS THACKERAY, BENITA LYDAL, MURIEL WHITE, JOYCE BARBOUR, JOHN CLIFFORD, MAIDIE ANDREWS, HUBERT ENNOR, DORIS ROGERS, LAWRENCE BARCLAY, CHARLES GILBERT, FRANK GRANT, LEIGH STAFFORD, KEITH DEVON, CHARMAIN INNES, BILLY HOLLAND, JOHN DENIS and DEWEY GIBSON .....
