This is a rare January 20th, 1958 playbill from the opening week of the Original Broadway production of the JERRY BOCK and SHELDON HARNICK musical comedy "THE BODY BEAUTIFUL" which played the Broadway Theatre in New York City. (The show opened January 23rd, 1958 and closed after only sixty performances.) ..... This was the first collaboration for the successful songwriting team responsible for the musicals "The Apple Tree", "Tenderloin", "Fiorello!", "Fiddler on the Roof", "The Rothschilds" and "She Loves Me".
