    "BLACK & WHITE DIAMONDS "
    a NEW Hand-Crafted Diamond Rag Quilt Table Runner. This Mat is 12" x 34" and
    features Rag Quilting. The Cotton top has 19 patches made out of 19 different Prints. Each Patch has
    3 layers (Cotton Top, Flannel Center, Cotton Back)
    with an X sewn through them, the patches are sewn together and the raw edges clipped to create the ragged look.

    This Mat has been washed once to start the ragging process. The clipped edges will continue to get fluffier each time you wash it. Different types of Fabrics are used in making the Mats. These Fabrics have a different rate of shrinkage when washed which creates the wonderful puckers and crinkles, just like the vintage Quilts these are patterned after.
    Please look at pictures carefully. They are considered part of the description. You will receive the item pictured.
    We have a non-smoking, Dog Friendly Home, but the Dogs don't help me sew very often!
