    This is a Ceramic Earthsong Heron Facing Right Tile in a 5" x 12" size made by Earthsong Tiles. The tile is slightly less than 1/2" thick. The team effort of John and Shannon Gresham, have been producing and distributing their unique line of quality, handmade ceramic tiles from their stuid on Gabriola Island, BC to homes and businesses worldwide for over 15 years. John has a background in industrial pattern making for foundries, carpentry and instrument building. He applies these craftsmanship skills to the production of the tiles, mold making and firing combining his own unique tools and techniques along with traditional tile making methods. Shannon designs and carves the original tiles as well as doing the hand painting and custom color work. She has an extensive background and education in a variety of artistics mediums including ceramic sculpture, painting, gemstone carving and award winning beadwork. Earthsong tiles work well installed with other tile or simply resting on an easel. Because each tile is individually made by hand the colors may vary slightly. ::Thanks for looking!::
