Antique Victorian Watch Pin With Fob Bates & Bacon Prince of Wales Feathers

This is an exceptional lady's watch pin with fob.  The pin is gold - filled and is made of two parts.  The top is two Prince of Wales Feathers side by side and suspended from links at the bottoms of these is another POW Feather.  This all measures about 1 3/4" by 1 1/4".  Has a sturdy pin attached to the top.  Hanging off of the lower feather is a small fob.  This is also gold - filled with intricate detail to the casting.  Measures about 5/8" by 1/2".  Looks like a wax seal that has not been engraved.  Attached to the back of the pin is a watch chain (4 1/2" long) with a swivel clasp at the bottom.  Marked on the swivel Bates & Bacon.  Well-know American jewelers of the 19th and early 20th century.  The condition here is excellent.  Ready to wear or display.  This is the best one of these in gold - filled we have ever had.
