The inner portrait section swivels and flips around.  These old swivel pins are highly collectible and wonderful pieces of history.

Measures  2” x 1 1/2”
Glass on one side shows some chipping to the borders edge and the swivel portion is off-round but functions properly. Appears to be how made.
