Antique Victorian Hand Painted Porcelain Brooch Heavy Gilt Nouveau Border Floral

This auction is for an antique porcelain brooch, hand decorated with a swoopy art nouveau heavy gilt border, surrounding hand painted forget me not blue flowers and foliage.  The colors are exquisite, with blue, green, pink and yellow.  There are no chips, cracks or damage that I can see.  Some expected wear to the metal back of the brooch from age and use.  Gorgeous brooch that measures 2" from top to bottom and about 1 1/2" across.
PLEASE NOTE:  Although all my jewelry listings will be marked that returns are not accepted (due to eBay's change of policy from 14 day returns to 30 days), we will always accept returns for any item that you do not feel is described accurately.  We will not accept returns because an item "does not fit" or because the buyer "changed their mind".
