Stunning!! Antique Victorian Gilt Bronze Brooch with Hand Painted Enamel Courting Couple Scene.
Huge Brooch, measuring 3 1/4" x just over 2 1/2". It has a 'C' type closure. The Hand Painted Courting Scene is Exquisite. I could find no enamel loss on the center painting of the couple. There is a small amount of enamel loss on the painting around the edges. No maker's mark but is believed to be either French or Austrian in origin.
