Very pretty and ornate Antique Victorian Brass and topaz glass sash pin or brooch.  The topaz stone is set with large fancy prongs and is set in very ornate brass.  The pin stem is an old open C clasp and the stem is a tad longer than most as that is how they were made in those times.
