Miller Lock Company made a variety of locks.  This board contain 14 hooks that once held a sample of each of the type of locks that Miller made.  On the back of the board are pictures of the various locks and their prices.
Miller salesmen highlighted some of the sales points of using Miller Locks along with sales help for the buyer.  If your a collector, you will find this piece of interest.
