For sale is an antique micro mosaic millefiori Italian Brooch
This is a beautiful little brooch with a micro mosaic design of a flower blossom with smaller millefiori flowers in the center. It is marked Made in Italy on the reverse. The metal is brass. It measures approx. 1 inch horizontally. I would date it from 1890's - 1900's.
This pin is in wonderful vintage condition. Colors are nice and vibrant. It shows light wear to metal surface and a few discoloration spots. The pin may be missing 1 or 2 very small stones. The circle of stones around the center group of flowers has a small gap, but the gap is flush with the stones. There are two other areas where small stones may have been lost, but they are not readily noticed unless on very close inspection and too small to capture in photos.
