Up for sale is an Antique Victorian Brass Gilt Brooch with Glass Emerald Gems. Circa 1880s-1910.
Featuring a brass clip on brooch with a gorgeous reticulated gilt gesso design with 3 green glass gems that resemble Emeralds. The clip has small hooks on the back side to latch onto the clothing that it is put on.
There is usage wear and light discoloration to the brass and light scratches on the glass gems as seen in the photos. Otherwise it is in good usable condition and still displays beautifully.
Measurements are approximately:
2 1/4" x 1 7/16"
