    This is a rare May 3rd, 1925 program (playbill) from the National Tour engagement of the LEON GORDON drama "WHITE CARGO" at the Shubert-Detroit Opera House in Detroit, Michigan. (The Original Broadway production opened November 5th, 1923 at the Greenwich Village Theatre in New York City and ran for 257 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) ..... The play starred playwright LEON GORDON in his own play and ANNETTE MARGULIES who originated the role of "Tondeleyo" and featured WALLIS CLARK, FREDERICK FORRESTER, B. N. LEWIN, JAMES J. CONDITION: With the exception of a small edge tear on the back page, edge discoloration to the front page and a missing cover, this program is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian.
