This is a rare August 24th, 1965 playbill from the one-week, Summer Stock engagement of the landmark ARTHUR LAURENTS, LEONARD BERNSTEIN and STEPHEN SONDHEIM musical "WEST SIDE STORY" at the Colonie Summer Theatre in Latham, New York. (The Original Broadway production opened September 26th, 1957 at the Winter Garden Theatre in New York City and ran for 732 performances.) ..... The musical featured the choreography of MICHAEL BENNETT in one of his earliest productions as a choreographer and starred ANNA MARIA ALBERGHETTI as "Maria".
