    Beautiful and curious blue square envelope, sent by post from the Prefecture of Ravenna to the Trisi Institute of Lugo di Romagna, of cm. 15 x 15, with postage from Cent. 50 and various stamps, sent May 5, 1933. Opening the internal flap we find a circular compartment (where the card was contained) and a label 'POLITICAL ELECTIONS - LEGISLATURE XXVIII ^'. Discreet example with internal tears due to the opening in the perforated part.
